1/3 lb of crabmeat
1/2 cup of cream cheese
1 teaspoon Soy Source
1/2teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of chopped sushi ginger
20 Wonton Skins
4 cups of peanut oil


1 - Soften Cream Cheese

2 - Add crab meat, soy sauce, garlic powder, chopped ginger.  Blend well

3 - One heaping teaspoon in the middle of each wonton skin.  Lightly brush cold water around the edges of the wonton skin.  Fold into triangle and seal edges by pressing down. 

4- Drop 2 to 3 wonton into hot peanut oil.  When golden remove from the oil and place on paper towels.  Repeat until done. 

You can serve with your favorite chili sauce, sweet & sauce, or plum sauce
